At the April 5, 2022 City Council Meeting, the City Council voted to not proceed with transitioning to by-district City Council elections.

District Mapping Workshops

The City hosted two interactive workshops as part of the transition to a by-district election system. Members of the community attended the workshops to learn about the mapping process and be able to draw and submit their own district map for consideration.

City Council Meetings

Meetings will take place with the Brea City Council in the City Council Chambers. The community is encouraged to attend in-person or via Zoom. Meetings will also be broadcast live and available for replays on the City’s cable channel and online.
