Berry Liang is currently a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, involved in Small Group Training, teaches group fitness classes, an instructor for the Brea Movement and TRX at the Brea Community Center. He is very passionate about bringing a healthy living style to everyone. His caring and attention to detail is what helps individuals accomplish their fitness goals.
He is a firm believer that having good health begins with exercise and proper nutrition. With proper nutrition and exercise, we can all prevent many illnesses that arise from our busy lifestyle. When we are more aware of our body, we can live a longer fuller life. Berry has been involved in fitness since he was young. From competitive sports in school to martial arts to now running marathons and doing obstacle course races, he has always enjoyed a good challenge in life.
Berry’s passion to help others push pass their limits is what he strives for so they can become their best self and free from illnesses. Besides training people, working out and studying for school, he loves to volunteer help make the community a better place for everyone.
